Swami Sivananda ..... Swami Satyananda ..... Swami Niranjanananda |
It is important to remember yoga's long tradition and to know that the philosophy and techniques were brought in light by the rishis, the sages of ancient India. They have given us this science and enlightened people have dedicated their lives to evolve the yogic tools, to experiment with them and to spread them all around the world. Tradition allows us to develop certainty and depth as our efforts are in line with the continuous flow of knowledge. |
